PLEASE NOTE: this position is based in our Swiss HQ in Mendrisio, Switzerland, which is 7km over the border from Italy and easily commutable from Milan, Como, Varese or Lugano. We are also happy to assist with your relocation to this beautiful part of Europe, and we have a hybrid remote working policy.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product & Engineering divisions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team composed of Backend and Frontend Engineers, a Product Designer, an Engineering Manager, and a Product & Engineering Lead. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building impactful products in the education and skills development space.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to shape the product vision and drive execution. You’ll also be a key contributor to the division’s strategy, helping to align product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
Drive product discovery collaborating with users, engineers, and designers to identify problems, validate ideas, and shape solutions before development begins.
Contribute to product strategy and planning in close collaboration with others Product Managers and the Product & Engineering Leadership.
Engage with users and stakeholders to gather insights, validate ideas, and ensure the product delivers real value.
Drive cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform decisions and optimize outcomes.
Communicate clearly and regularly with leadership and peers to share progress, challenges, and learnings.
Job requirements
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS (Enterprise or Consumer).
2+ years of experience in building SaaS Enterprise/Consumer solutions
Proven ability to define, deliver, and iterate on successful products.
Strong technical understanding and familiarity with modern software development practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Deep customer empathy and the ability to balance diverse stakeholder perspectives.
Comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels—from roadmap planning to writing specs.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Nice to Have
Experience in ed-tech, skills development, or learning platforms.
Background in UX research or design thinking.
BS/MS in a technical field (Computer Engineering is a strong plus).
Familiarity with data analytics tools; experience with Pendo is a plus
