Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Learning Operations Manager to support the successful delivery of instructor-led training (ILT) programs across North America.
In this role, you will own how training engagements are planned, organized, and executed end-to-end—ensuring every delivery is structured, ready, and runs smoothly from kickoff through completion.
Working closely with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every training engagement is well-planned, fully prepared, and delivered without operational friction.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong project management experience in training or learning environments who thrives on managing details, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution.
What You’ll Do:
Run the operational delivery of instructor-led training engagements from confirmed sale through completion
Partner with internal teams to align scheduling, course materials, and delivery readiness
Partner with customer-facing teams to ensure training engagements are clearly defined, properly scoped, and set up for success
Drive execution across multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and dependencies are managed effectively
Ensure instructors and customers are fully prepared and aligned ahead of each session
Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep delivery on track
Maintain clear visibility into delivery status, schedules, and key milestones
Continuously improve how training engagements are run by identifying inefficiencies and strengthening processes
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience running operations, delivery, or project-based workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Experience in training, learning, or services delivery environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
Highly detail-oriented mindset with a bias toward action, structure, and follow-through
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and collaboration platforms
