Job description
Please Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work hybrid out of our mid-town Manhattan office, working a minimum of two days per week in the office, with Tuesdays being one of those days.
The Enterprise Solutions Consultant, Digital Marketing role will be a subject matter expert in QA’s Digital Marketing portfolio with responsibility for business development and client specific solution revenue growth. You will be working closely with the Digital Marketing portfolio team when designing blended off-the-shelf and blended client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
With responsibility for business development and client specific solution revenue growth in the Digital Marketing Portfolio you will:
· Grow client-specific solution revenue
· Advise major enterprise clients on innovations and opportunities to gain competitive advantage
· Provide internal and external industry thought leadership
· Drill down into key client content focus areas (AI for Marketing, eCommerce, Data and Analytics, Audience definition and targeting, digital media) to build learning pathways through a range of user proficiencies
· Work with potential and existing clients across pre-sales, renewal and in-life engagements and strategies
· Design and develop innovative, public and client-specific solutions
· Undertake pre-sales engagements as agreed with the Director, Global Solutions Consultancy, and Digital Marketing Portfolio Director
· Use Management Information and data to generate insights that help grow revenue
· Collaborate with the Portfolio Director and SMEs to design and develop active, engaging and innovative products and content
· Collaborate with account management staff to manage client relationships to generate customer loyalty
· Work collaboratively with internal teams and the Portfolio Director to improve quality of AI specific solutions
· Have oversight of the relationship from opportunity to review of service/product, identifying issues and seeking their resolution
· Work collaboratively with the Director, Global Solutions Consultancy, internal stakeholders and the Portfolio Director to develop efficient processes and high-quality standards for the development of off-the-shelf, certification and client specific solutions
· Work with the Portfolio Director to maintain the relevance of the Digital Marketing Portfolio
· Work with other portfolios to provide a holistic/well-rounded solution
· Undertake learning sessions, such as sales awareness sessions, Learn45, marketing activities and others
· Undertake thought leadership activities. Examples include (but not limited to) blogs, industry panels
· Represent the Portfolio Director when required
· Establish and build QA’s reputation for excellence, innovation, and market-leading Digital Marketing solutions

Your Experience:
· Strong FMCG/Retail experience is essential
· Experience in Pharma vertical is preferred
· Previous track record of authoring or co-creating learning / course material is preferred
· Deep Digital Marketing industry experience and knowledge; demonstrable awareness of and proactive insight into industry trends, patterns and challenges
· Demonstratable experience of proactively managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion of engagement in learning solutions
· Proven track record of using MI and data to enable sales revenue growth
· Proven track record of creating and using MI and data to improve product quality
· Able to consider scale and reuse in your approach whilst attending to the specific context of solution development
· Experience of attending client contract reviews to improve client relationships and quality
· Able to consider scale and reuse in your approach whilst attending to the specific context of your client
· Demonstratable experience of writing client proposals
· Proven track record of bid success
· Demonstratable experience of estimating solution development effort and adherence to these committed targets
· Demonstratable experience of thought leadership: for example, blogs, advisory boards, webinars
· Confidence in your experience of working with varying and senior client stakeholders (e.g. L&D managers, capability managers, functional area managers for your area of expertise)
· Relationships with vendor/accreditation/professional bodies relevant to your area of expertise is desirable
Your Knowledge
· In-depth and broad knowledge of Digital Marketing relevant to the real world of practise and including industry trends
· Learning pedagogy and andragogical approaches including new trends in neuroscience and learning
· Knowledge of what learning approaches result in the successful transfer of learning into a modern workforce,
· Best-practice in current learning methods (e.g. active, accelerated, social, curated etc.)
· Instructional design and learning models and theories (e.g. ADDIE, Blooms, Kirkpatrick, SAM etc.)
· Understanding of the relationship between learning and business/organisational performance
· Awareness of the specific needs of neurodivergent learners

Salary range for this role in NYC is $100,000-$150,000 base salary plus bonus, range will vary based on location
